Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer all client questions regarding insurance contract.
- Properly document conversations and correspondence.
- Follow workflows/procedures found in agency intranet (see Service tab and & CAL Workflows).
- Maintain accurate and complete paper and electronic files.
- Follow agency standard paper filing procedures.
- Keep electronic files current and accurate.
- Keep current, complete and accurate electronic Activity records.
- Keep client information current (i.e. email address, contact name, phone numbers, www location).
- Invoices should be accurate and clear.
- Document all client requests in computer.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-based environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong organizational/follow-up skills required Physical Demands and Work Environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit, hear, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- The work environment characteristics described are representative of those employees performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- Occasional travel.
