Assist advisors as per the specific tasks below:
Specifics: * Act as the firm’s main contact for administrative and account related items, issues & enquiries
- Open new accounts, make changes to existing accounts, deposit incoming checks
- Effectively manage the new client onboarding experience
- Help Prepare investment analysis presentations for existing clients
- Oversee distribution of RMD’s and other disbursements
- Service existing life, LTD, DI, annuities and COLI products
- Prepare applications and follow through underwriting to policy issue
- Prepare estate planning documents and other requests by managing member
- Understand and help manage company and client data within various software platforms
- Oversee all licensing and continuing education credits for appropriate staff
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative role, preferably in a financial services office
- High attention to detail
- Proficient Computer Skills in MS Office Suite, Financial Platforms, CRM Systems
- Securities and life insurance licenses preferred
