Benefits and HRIS Specialist Hybrid
Seeking a Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join our client in New York. This role will be responsible for providing benefits administration to our client's firm. This position follows a hybrid schedule- 4 days in office and one day remote.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of benefits administration experience in a company of 50+ to 500 employees.
- Experience with employee relations in explaining benefits, company policies and leave options.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related filed or equivalent work experience
- SHRM-CP or HRCI certification a plus
- Fully vaccinated and boosted or wear mask with weekly testing.
