What we want you to accomplish

 

We’re seeking an experienced professional Administrative/Executive Assistant to: 

 

  • Support a team of investment bankers

  • Become knowledgeable of Evolve’s business and understand how a merger and acquisition deal process works

  • Prepare travel plans and agenda for team members and clients

  • Schedule meetings using Outlook

  • Draft agendas and meeting minutes, as well as proofreading

  • Perform research to identify contacts at prospect companies

  • Upload data into CRM system and project management platform

  • Help oversee minor website updates and assist with other marketing initiatives

  • Plan and coordinate events (e.g. conferences, internal networking events, etc.)

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Correspond with back-office team on invoices, payables, and other administrative tasks

  • Maintain office supplies and furniture

 

 

What we require

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing administrative support to executives in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Legal

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong grasp of Microsoft Office suite

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other cloud-based CRM systems

  • Familiarity with project management platforms

  • Self-motivation, detail oriented and excellent organizational skills

  • Flexibility for overtime
