Production Office Manager (Hybrid)
This is unique opportunity to join a P/E backed start-up! Our client, a fitness technology company, is seeking an Office Manager to join their growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, and providing general administrative support to our employees. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 Years of HR or Workplace Experience
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • US work authorization

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
