Bilingual Chinese IT Office Administration Consultant Remote 
 May require onsite in the future

Job Description:

–          Monitor and maintain database of IT contract management;

–          Coordinate and monitor IT training, employee attendance and other office logistics;

–          Arrange meeting and take minutes;

–          Timely and proactively provide responses upon request and follow up with other functions

 Job Requirements:

 –          1+ year of experience in office administration

–          Detail oriented, highly focused and organized

–          Able to work independently and accurately with good communication skills

–          Knowledge of IT operation and services preferred

–          Fluent in Chinese (fluent in Chinese speaking and written is required )
 A written test in Chinese. will be conducted
