AVP/VP BSA Officer 
located onsite in Manhattan
salary-$65-150k, dependent on experience and skills

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

· Minimum 5 years of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance and risk management experience within financial services (AVP level and minimum 8 years at VP level)

· Demonstrate sound knowledge of US Banking regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC/Sanctions/CTF, as well as ability to identify KYC/AML/Sanctions and transactional red flags

· Demonstrate knowledge of commodities and pre-export financing, structured Letters of Credit discount, borrowing base financing, syndicated and bilateral financing

· CAMS certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Implement BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Program in Front Line Unit

Manage CBC’s day-to-day adherence to the BSA/AML/OFAC/Sanctions/CTF and their implementing regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Provide subject matter expertise to establishing risk mitigating controls commensurate with BSA/AML/OFAC/Sanctions/CTF and other illicit financial activity risk profiles

Maintain, update and communicate department compliance procedures as necessary to ensure the processes and practices in conformance with the illicit financial activity risk profiles
