Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant

Start of the new year with a new role! This role is joining a growing company and is offering a competitive base, bonus, benefits, and looking to hire quickly! An established international company is developing their USA market and seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant. Our client is over 60 years old and develops innovative products for veterinary professionals. This role will be important in contributing to the nationwide growth of our client. In the long run, the role will be in the office, but at the moment will be partial in the office.

Required Skills

  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Quickbooks knowledge
  • Bilingual French is a plus


  • Communicating with customers by phone and email.
  • Selling and following up
  • Working directly with the sales team and owner to assist with projects
  • Keep detailed notes tracking information on accounts in CRM
  • Organize samples to ship to customers and our partners
  • Create and monitor flyers and brochures for promotions and samples
  • Manage social media account by creating content, monitoring and organizing the information
  • Confirm and register orders while assisting on shipping process
  • Assist on administrative tasks that may come up
