Exciting role for someone who knows the life insurance application process and no longer wants to sell. Great chance to join a growing start up in the early stages. If you enjoy mentoring and training sales professionals and working in office alongside a team, this role is perfect for you. We are seeking a Sales Coach with extensive experience selling individual life insurance policies and comprehensive product knowledge from a variety of carriers. MUST WANT TO BE A COACH AND HAVE EXCELLENT COACHING SKILLS.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Closely interact with advisors to discuss and assist with specific cases, and provide feedback and guidance on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and compile user-friendly and results driven training materials to support the Sales team
  • Collaborate with both the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and optimal workflow
  • Support business and product efforts, suggest and implement improvements to current flows, procedures and tools aimed to support advisors’ role
  • Stay current with broader industry trends, guidelines and best practices

 

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in life insurance sales
  • Prior experience coaching and onboarding both entry level and senior sales team members
  • Excellent product knowledge and familiarity with multiple carriers
  • A teamwork mindset – take ownership of your work AND your team's success, and take initiative
